Project Description:
The Austria Campus will be built on the property of the former north train station on an area of approx. 52.000 m², an innovative project for the UniCredit Group Austria conceptualized based on ecological sustainable criteria with a gross floor area of approx. 200,000 square meters. Divided into five construction areas, the property will feature office buildings, infrastructural units, such as an event center/art hall, restaurants, kindergartens, commercial areas for daily goods, a hotel with approx. 200 rooms, as well as a concisely defined courtyard/plaza and a low traffic boulevard.
The plans for the lower levels are 2 underground parking garages with a capacity of approx. 1,000 parking spaces. The access is primarily granted via the "Tabor", as well as entrances from the direction of Lassallestraße. The project borders on the "Praterstern" on the eastside and is connected to the public transportation system via metro-lines U1 and U2 as well as the speed train station.

Project Description:
The 2nd conference center was built on an existing three-story parking deck during ongoing operation and under consideration of utmost safety requirements. It includes variable conference rooms with a capacity of up to 2,400 people, as well as office space and all-purpose rooms. The roof, which houses the facility’s technology headquarters, stretches across a surface of approximately 7,000 sqm. It is built with a 1200 ton steel construction with up to 5m high framework structures. This type of construction also enabled the support free spanning of the 40 x 60 m main room.

Project Description:
Within the framework of an architectural competition with 13 participants, the project of the French architect Jean Nouvel was selected for first place. The building features a hotel with tower, office space, commercial space and gastronomy in the base building, as well as parking and technical spaces on the lower levels. Special construction: Steel lattice framework construction with vertically pre-stressed core and composite ceilings, deep foundation with cavity walls, cut- and cover method with a floor plate under buoyancy force

Project Description:
New construction project for a Geriatric Center and renovating, as well as restoring a listed pavilion under monumental protection. Erection of an all-purpose hall. The new construction includes 12 wards with approx. 330 beds, a day care center, an outpatient clinic, an institute for physical therapy and rehabilitation, the service center and an underground parking garage with 124 parking spaces.
