Newly constructed AHS (General Secondary School) with 36 classrooms. Clearing the construction area and relocation installations prior to construction begin.
The school includes laboratories, workshops, a kitchen, 3 individual gymnasiums as well as an outdoor sports facility in accordance with the ÖISS-guidelines and a library.
Awarding individual assignments/contracts.

VIE Airport Vienna, Air Cargo and Handling Center West
Project Description:
New construction of an air cargo center and the handling facility at the Vienna airport to manage increasing freight operation. Relocating an inventory collection facility on the construction site. Extensive new construction and new design of exterior facilities. Integrating the warehouse into the new construction project while maintaining warehousing operation.

New Construction, BahnhofCity Wien West
Project Description:
Renovating the Vienna West train station location between Felberstraße and Mariahilferstraße creating the BahnhofCity Wien West. Restoration and technical adaption of the railway concourse, which is under monument protection, and constructing an additional lower level. Developing the subway-network with a single story base floor, which serves as a shopping center. Re-design the train station courtyard. New construction of two six-story office- and hotel buildings.

Airport Vienna, Revitalization Check-In 1 and New Conveyor Belt Building
Project Description:
Revitalization of existing Check-In 1. Expansion and static upgrade of the departure level drive-through area in front of the terminal building. New construction of a conveyor belt building for the adapted and expanded baggage system (subsequent Check-In 3 operation) between Check-In 1 and the baggage logistic center (BLC). All of the construction work was conducted while maintaining ongoing airport operation.

Project Description:
Office building with two below ground floors (underground parking garage with 277 parking spaces, as well as a computer center with approx. 500 m² [sqm]) and nine upper level floors. Two-story lobby on the 1st floor. In addition to office space, several special functions on the upper level floors (meeting rooms, cafeteria, travel agency, shops). Clearing the construction site including relocation the installations located on the construction site. Bridge connection to the neighboring office park 1 on the first upper level floor.
