Spacious gardens for the patients, including roof-top gardens. Execution as a “low-energy building” in accordance with the declaration of ÖNORM (National Standard and Evaluation Principles) B 8110-1

Project Description:
Preparation of a master plan based on the present expert statements as well as an overall utilization concept regarding the future use of the parliament building. Combining the restoration concept and utilization concept into an overall concept.

Total Restoration of the Ministry of Finance Building, 1030 Vienna
Project Description:
Total restoration of the existing eight-, and/or twelve story office building, changing the primary structure in large areas within this framework of this project. Low-vibration construction, in particular during the demolition and shell construction phase, to accommodate the adjacent computer center. New installation of all building technology-systems. Sprinkler installation on all upper floors. Service water system for sanitary purposes and outdoor irrigation systems. X-ray equipment and two metal detectors in the lobby. Three sub-floors, two for underground parking with 250 parking spaces. Building a so called “gastronomy mile” while maintaining operation of the finance ministry.

Hospital Rudolfstiftung South Structure, 1030 Vienna
Project Description:
Total renovation of the hospital Rudolfstiftung. New construction of an 18-story building with a helicopter landing pad. The new building houses all central support areas, such as a tea kitchen, wardrobes, offices, wards, treatment facilities, an admission ward and a laboratory facility. Renovation and restoration of the existing facility during ongoing hospital operation. Façade restoration to improve noise –and sun protection with a two-ply system.

Project Description:
The former administrative building of the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (Social Security Office) built in the 50’s will be renovated to serve as a modern university building. Non-supported lecture halls and seminar rooms can be built by installing transfer beams and modifying the static support system.
